After a great summer of holidays, parties and suntan; your Facebook and Twitter profiles will be full of happy photographs and memories…but could these be stopping you from getting a job?

Research from the 2013 Jobvite.com Survey showed that 93% of Employers will review candidates social media profiles.  This means your potential Employer could be judging you on your photos, status updates and even your spelling!

42% of Employers surveyed admitted to reconsidering a candidate based upon their social media findings; with 18% researching candidates on Twitter and 25% choosing to look at Facebook after the interview.
